Together, we'll find your light—even in the darkest places.
I believe some of the most meaningful healing happens when we have someone willing to sit beside us in life's darkest moments. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate challenges, discover their own resilience, and reconnect with the light that has been there all along.
I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Supervisor (LCSW-S). Since 2007, I have worked with adolescents, emerging adults, and adults facing substance use and mental health challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that each person already possesses the strength needed for healing and growth. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward.
Outside of the therapy room, I'm a proud mom to three boys. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, staying active in the gym, and embracing the balance that comes from caring for both my own well-being and the well-being of others.
